Brian D. Guralnick has won several significant published appellate decisions including, Estate of Jenkins v. Recchi Am., 658 So. 2nd 157 (Florida 1st DCA 1995), and Palm Beach County v. Kelly, 810 So. 2d 560 (Fla. 4th DCA 2002), and is author of "Breaking the Code - The Effect of Building Code Violations in Negligence Actions," The Florida Bar News. He is involved in several Palm Beach County civic and charitable organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors of the Richard David Kahn Melanoma Foundation, and has held various leadership positions within the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County.
